Bikol Ni’s inspiring story started in 2011 in Morong, Rizal. It was initially a small eatery serving a variety of menu that catered to construction workers, located along the National Highway. However, with time, Bikol Ni’s gained popularity, especially it’s Lugaw recipe and it became one of the most sought-after food establishments in the town. What started as a modest venture has become an incredible success story, and it’s all thanks to the hard work and dedication of the team behind Bikol Ni’s under the leadership of Ms. Grace Bagnes. Their commitment to serving delicious food has endeared them to loyal customers and patrons.

Schedule a Taste Test of Our Food
This is the start of our fruitful relationship. We strongly believe in the value of our products. The quality of our food is our best proof that we are worthy partners and that your investment is safe with us.
Fill Out the Bikol Ni’s Franchise Application Form
We would like to get to know you better so we would ask some basic information about you along with some questions in order for us to evaluate if we could forge a partnership. All information received will be highly confidential and protected under the Data Privacy Act.
Pre-Qualification
Based on your submitted application, we will determine whether you are ready to move forward with your franchise application. We will ask you to submit a Letter of Intent in order for us to process your application further.
Face to Face Discussion of The Franchise Proposal
We will discuss with you our Franchising agreement so we can set our expectations. This will also be an opportunity for us to address your questions and concerns. Towards the end of our meeting, we will ask your commitment for a partnership thru a signing of Memorandum of Understanding. A 10% share of the Franchising Fee will also be collected from you
Approval of Site and Signing of Franchising Agreement
We will advise you once we are confident that your identified site meets our selection criteria. We will then both sign the Franchising Agreement and the 90% Balance of the Franchising Fee will be collected.
Site Ocular Inspection
We will both visit your proposed location at an agreed date. We will make sure that your location will offer the best experience to our customers and your operations will ran without a hitch.
Set Up the Franchise Location
We will guide you and monitor the construction of your Franchise outlet. While we are doing this, we will schedule the training of your staff and familiarize them to our processes. We will also assist you in buying your kitchen supplies, tools and equipment necessary in operating a Bikol Ni’s franchise. We will also make sure that all your supplies, dining set and Bikol Ni’s branding collaterals conform within our specifications.
Soft Opening
We will schedule a dry run of our operations. This activity may include but not limited to distribution of discount vouchers and food tasting in selected areas within your franchise. This is an opportune time to identify areas of concerns and improvement as well as increase brand awareness.
Grand Opening
This is the moment that we’ve been waiting for. It’s time to offer to the public our delicious food. It is also the start of you enjoying the fruits of your investment with us.

Who qualifies to own a Franchise of Bikol Ni’s?
We are thrilled to inform you that we are offering franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs who share our vision and advocacies. We strongly believe that our business model is not only profitable but also contributes to the enrichment of society. We welcome individuals or groups who are determined and motivated to succeed, regardless of their professional background. While we prefer candidates with a proven successful track record, it doesn’t necessarily have to be from the food business. We understand that all businesses undergo birth pains and periods of adjustment, and we want our franchisees to have the same mindset. We value honesty, integrity, and transparency, and we expect our franchisees to share the same values. Finally, we require proof of financial capability as we want our franchisees to be financially stable and capable of running a successful business. Do you require hands on management of our Franchisees?
Definitely Yes! Franchisees should be willing to dedicate their time in managing the day-to-day operations of the Franchise.
Will Biko Ni’s provide the site and building of the Franchise outlet?
Each Franchisee is responsible for securing their own location as well as the necessary building and business permits. All potential sites must be submitted to Bikol Ni’s for approval. Our Franchise package does not includes the cost of construction and/or renovation of the physical store. It is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee. We are in partnership with several contractors who can help you build the outlet but you are free to choose your own contractor. We just need to see your layout plans and approve it.
Will Bikol Ni’s provide a floor layout of the Franchise Outlet?
No, we will not provide you with a floor playout of your outlet. We will only guide you with the standard specifications of a Bikol Ni’s franchise. We will require our Franchisees to submit a floor layout prior to the construction/renovation of the site.
