Who qualifies to own a Franchise of Bikol Ni’s?
We are thrilled to announce that we are offering franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs who share our vision and advocacies. We strongly believe that our business model is not only profitable but also contributes to the betterment of society. We welcome individuals or groups who are determined and motivated to succeed, regardless of their professional background. While we prefer candidates with a proven successful track record, it doesn’t necessarily have to be from the food business. We understand that all businesses undergo birth pains and periods of adjustment, and we want our franchisees to have the same mindset. We value honesty, integrity, and transparency, and we expect our franchisees to share the same values. Finally, we require proof of financial capability as we want our franchisees to be financially stable and capable of running a successful business. Do you require hands on management of our Franchisees?
Definitely Yes! Franchisees should be willing to dedicate their time in managing the day-to-day operations of the Franchise.
Will Biko Ni’s provide the site and building of the Franchise outlet?
Each Franchisee is responsible for securing their own location as well as the necessary building and business permits. All potential sites must be submitted to Bikol Ni’s for approval. Our Franchise package does not include the cost of construction and/or renovation of the physical store. It is entirely at the expense of the Franchisee. We are in partnership with several contractors who can help you build the outlet but you are free to choose your own contractor. We just need to see your layout plans and approve it.
Will Bikol Ni’s provide a floor layout of the Franchise Outlet?
No, we will not provide you with a floor playout of your outlet. We will only guide you with the standard specifications of a Bikol Ni’s franchise. We will require our Franchisees to submit a floor layout prior to the construction/renovation of the site.
What kind of Training does Bikol Ni’s provide?
We have designed a training program that will equipped you and your staff with running the day-to-day operations of your outlet. This will include but not limited to Kitchen Operations, Inventory Management, Accounting and Record Keeping, and Customer Service. We will also familiarize you with the several devices, apps, software, POS system and courier service that you will use in managing your Franchise.
Will I have exclusivity on the territory of my Franchise.
Yes, we will provide you with a non-compete clause in the Franchise Agreement. We will ensure that no other Bikol Ni’s Franchise is in conflict with yours. You also have the privilege of managing multiple Franchises as long as it does not have any conflict of interest in another Franchise.
Will Bikol Ni’s provide assistance in the opening of the outlet.
Yes, we are part of your success story and we would love to be there to witness your humble beginnings. We will provide you with manpower support in the Opening of your Franchise.
